This is kind of a motto at Life Church.

I don't know what organization you belong to or where you work, but this could be said in many different context, for example:

To Teach People That No One is Teaching, You Must Teach In Ways That No One Else Is Teaching

You plug your example that fits your organization. The challenge is a simple one. Think outside the box today and look for new solutions. Better yet seek God for a new revelation from Him of way to get out of your box.
